As Acadiana’s only nonprofit hospice provider, we rely on the support and generosity of our community. Hospice of Acadiana Foundation provides for the unreimbursed care and support services of our terminal patients and their families – in whatever capacity that may be. When you donate to Hospice of Acadiana, you can rest assured that your donation will be used to offer quality end-of-life care and support.
Through our Mission Moments Fund we are able to provide special requests and/or meet basic needs of our patients during their last chapter of life.
Through our Center for Loss & Transition, we provide free grief counseling to the community at-large. This is done through individual counseling, support groups, workshops, and in-services held throughout the year.
Through our support programs—We Honor Veterans, Casserole Brigade, Pet Peace of Mind—we provide direct assistance to our patients and their families.
If you are interested in making a corporate or in-kind donation, please contact Kacee Thompson at (337) 232-1234 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All contributions to the Hospice of Acadiana Foundation are tax-deductible.
