Provided a Birthday Cake and Card for HOA patient on his 101st Birthday.

Built a custom Lego Lap Table for 13-year-old pediatric patient with physical limitations; also provided Spa Gift Card & Restaurant Gift Card to relieve stress for patient's mother.

Provided an activity blanket to assist and comfort John who had Lewy Body Dementia.

Provided a portable AC unit for 76-year-old patient whose AC unit went out.

Installed an A/C window unit for 78-year-old patient whose home A/C repair was scheduled 3 days out during an extreme heat wave.

Accommodations

Provided basic needs items and household goods for 48-year-old patient and her children.

Provided balloons and Don’s bread pudding for patient's 76th birthday.

Purchased a cell phone and minutes for 80-year-old patient at the nursing home whose wife was not able to afford a phone to communicate with him.

Assistance

Provided burial assistance for 40-year-old patient at Calcutta House who suffered with cystic fibrosis for years, and following a lung transplant, was rejecting the lung.

Provided cheese tray, flowers, and champagne for patient's daughter's wedding, which was moved up so the patient could attend before he passed.

Scheduled and paid for a hairdresser to fulfill a 47-year-old patient's request for a much-needed haircut at home.

Provided a wedding cake, champagne and fruit tray for 58-year-old patient who agreed to marry her significant other after 30 years of asking.Husband said patient "had a blast planning and decorating, and it’s the happiest she's been since her diagnosis."

Provided transportation for patient's wife to Calcutta so she could be with her husband.

Provided a Fun Jump for an event hosted by family of a pediatric patient to educate the community on children with serious illnesses & special needs.
